In the early 80's Cartier introduced their'must de Cartier Vendome' range of writing instruments.

The Vendome Trinity is a slim pen with flat cap and barrel, making it ideal for slipping into a jacket pocket or handbag, and it has the neat design feature that it will never roll off your desk! The silver finish is accented by'Trinity Rings', three gold plated interwoven rings around top of cap. The yellow ring stands for faithfulness, the pink for love and the white for friendship. The pen comes in its original box, with an 18k gold fine nib. The pen is filled by topping up the Cartier cartridge with bottled ink via syringe.

We will supply a syringe with the pen and be sure to check out our range of bottled inks on our website. The Nitty Gritty There are no major imperfections to note, no chips cracks or engravings. There are signs of use and wear to the trim, the box has some marks and stains upon it. And the Cartier ink cartridge has some residual ink. Overall the pen shows its 40 year age a little, but it is in full working order and is very pleasing to the eyes.
