The boxset is brand new and factory sealed. The digipak upper spine has several indentations and the lower spine has a two inch crease. The top shrinkwrap has a two inch tear.

The boxset has been on a shelf untouched for six years and is in beautiful condition. Included is the promotional only Bride of Re-Animator syringe pen. The green dye in the pen has evaporated.
